ORBOX IPTV برنامج تشغيل وإدارة قوائم فقط. البرنامج لا يبيع ولا يوفر قنوات أو أفلام أو اشتراك IPTV.

العميل مسؤول عن استخدام بيانات ومصادر يملك حق الوصول إليها. عمل مزود IPTV خارجي أو استمرار خدمته ليس ضمن ضمان البرنامج.

• الشراء الحالي بقيمة 150 جنيه لنسخة Windows v1 وترخيص جهاز Windows واحد.
• كود التفعيل شخصي ولا يجوز بيعه أو مشاركته.
• البرنامج يتحقق من صلاحية الكود أونلاين، مع فترة سماح محدودة عند انقطاع الإنترنت بعد تفعيل صحيح.
• يحق لنا حذف كود ثبت بيعه أو مشاركته أو استخدامه للتحايل على ربط الجهاز.

لو غيرت الكمبيوتر، تواصل معنا من رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالكود. بعد التحقق نعطل ربط الجهاز القديم، وأول جهاز جديد يستخدم الكود يصبح الجهاز المرتبط به.

نقل الترخيص لا يحول ترخيص الجهاز الواحد إلى ترخيص لأكثر من جهاز في نفس الوقت.

لو ظهر عيب فعلي يمنع البرنامج من أداء وظيفته، تواصل معنا ومعك إثبات الشراء خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام. هنبدأ بخطوات تشخيص وإصلاح أو استبدال النسخة، ولو لم نقدر نعالج العيب يتم رد القيمة وفق القانون المطبق.

توقف سيرفر IPTV، أو انتهاء الاشتراك، أو خطأ بيانات الدخول، أو حجب الخدمة من المزود ليست عيبًا في برنامج ORBOX. هذه السياسة لا تنتقص من أي حقوق إلزامية يمنحها قانون حماية المستهلك.

خدمة التفعيل تحتفظ برقم الهاتف المرتبط بالكود، ومعرّف جهاز مُجزّأ، وإصدار البرنامج، وحالة الترخيص، وتواريخ الإنشاء والتفعيل وآخر اتصال. نستخدم البيانات لتشغيل الترخيص ومنع مشاركة الكود وتقديم الدعم.

خدمة الترخيص لا تستقبل كلمة مرور مزود IPTV أو سجل المشاهدة. لو أرسلت تقرير دعم أو صورة بنفسك، راجعها واحذف أي بيانات دخول ظاهرة قبل الإرسال.

طلب حذف بيانات الترخيص يؤدي إلى حذف العميل والكود وتعطيل البرنامج نهائيًا. نحتفظ بما يلزم لإدارة الترخيص والدعم والالتزامات القانونية، ولا نبيع بيانات العملاء.

الدعم ونقل الجهاز ومشاكل التفعيل تتم عبر واتساب على الرقم +20 109 215 5949. تحديثات الصيانة المتاحة لنسخة v1 تُسلَّم من داخل البرنامج دون اشتراك شهري.

قد يتغير شكل أو توفر خصائص تعتمد على خدمات خارجية، لكننا لا ننشر تحديثًا إلا بعد التحقق من الملف وبصمته.

ORBOX IPTV is playlist management and player software only. It does not sell or provide channels, movies, or an IPTV subscription.

You are responsible for using sources you are authorized to access. A third-party IPTV provider's availability is outside the app warranty.

• The current EGP 150 purchase covers Windows v1 on one Windows PC.
• Your activation code is personal and may not be sold or shared.
• The app validates the code online and allows a limited offline grace period after a valid activation.
• A code proven to be resold, shared, or used to bypass device binding may be deleted.

When replacing your PC, contact us from the phone number tied to the code. After verification, the old binding is cleared and the first new PC to use the code becomes the bound device.

A transfer does not turn a one-device license into simultaneous access on multiple PCs.

If a product defect materially prevents the app from working, contact us with proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery. We will troubleshoot, repair, or replace the copy first. If the defect cannot be resolved, the price is refunded as required by applicable law.

Provider outages, expired subscriptions, invalid credentials, and provider blocking are not ORBOX app defects. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

The activation service stores the phone number tied to the code, a hashed device identifier, app version, license status, and creation, activation, and last-contact timestamps. These records operate the license, prevent code sharing, and support customers.

The license service does not receive your IPTV provider password or watch history. Before sending a support report or screenshot, remove any credentials that may be visible.

Deleting license data also deletes the customer code and permanently disables the app. Records are retained as needed for licensing, support, and legal obligations. Customer data is not sold.

Support, activation issues, and device transfers are handled through WhatsApp at +20 109 215 5949. Available maintenance updates for the v1 edition are delivered inside the app without a monthly app subscription.

Features that depend on third-party services may change, but update installers are published only after file and checksum verification.
