1. تأكد أن اسم الملف يبدأ بـ ORBOX-IPTV-PC-Setup.
2. افحص الملف من كليك يمين ثم Scan with Microsoft Defender.
3. النسخة الحالية غير موقعة بشهادة تجارية، لذلك قد يعرض Windows SmartScreen تحذيرًا.

لو الملف من رابط الشراء الرسمي ونجح فحص Defender، افتح More info ثم Run anyway لاستكمال التثبيت. لو اسم الملف مختلف أو وصلك من مصدر آخر، لا تشغله وتواصل معنا.

1. افتح ORBOX IPTV بعد التثبيت.
2. اكتب كود التفعيل كما وصلك واضغط Enter.
3. الكود يرتبط بأول جهاز صحيح يستخدمه. احتفظ بالكود ورسالة الدفع.

من Tools اختر Check for updates. البرنامج ينزل ORBOX Update Launcher الصغير من رابط HTTPS ويتحقق من حجمه وبصمة SHA-256. بعدها الـLauncher ينزل أجزاء السيتاب، يعيد المحاولة تلقائيًا عند انقطاع جزء، ويجمع الملف ويتحقق من بصمة السيتاب الكامل قبل فتحه.

قد يعرض SmartScreen نفس التحذير لأن التحديث غير موقع تجاريًا. اتبع الخطوات السابقة فقط عندما بدأ التحديث من داخل ORBOX.

ابعت رقم الهاتف المرتبط والكود على واتساب. بعد التحقق يتشال ربط الجهاز القديم، وبعدها افتح البرنامج على الجهاز الجديد واكتب نفس الكود.

ابعت وصف المشكلة، إصدار Windows، ولقطة للرسالة الظاهرة. من Tools يمكن تصدير تقرير تشخيص، لكن راجعه واحذف أي رابط سيرفر أو بيانات دخول ظاهرة قبل الإرسال.

1. Confirm that the file name starts with ORBOX-IPTV-PC-Setup.
2. Right-click the file and scan it with Microsoft Defender.
3. The current build has no commercial code-signing certificate, so Windows SmartScreen may display a warning.

If the file came from the official purchase link and passed Defender scanning, open More info and select Run anyway. If the name differs or the file came from another source, do not run it and contact support.

1. Open ORBOX IPTV after installation.
2. Enter the activation code exactly as delivered and press Enter.
3. The code binds to the first valid PC that uses it. Keep the code and payment message.

Open Tools and select Check for updates. The app downloads the small ORBOX Update Launcher over HTTPS and verifies its size and SHA-256 checksum. The launcher then downloads each Setup part with automatic retries, rebuilds the installer, and verifies the full installer checksum before opening it.

SmartScreen may display the same warning because the update is not commercially signed. Follow the previous steps only when the update started inside ORBOX.

Send the phone number tied to the license and the code through WhatsApp. After verification, the old binding is cleared. Open the app on the new PC and enter the same code.

Send a clear problem description, Windows version, and a screenshot of the message. You can export a diagnostic report from Tools, but review it and remove any visible server URL or credentials before sending.
